We are very happy to be working with you in your new role/company.  As you know, we moved with you from your former position at Vanguard to your new company in part because we had been impressed with your experience and knowledge, and didn’t want to lose that.  We have not been disappointed!!  While you are very knowledgeable about investments, retirement and associated concerns that we have, on the occasions that you need, you seek out further input and information to educate yourself and us about the question or concern.  We respect that.  Your availability and responsiveness (especially with our busy lives) has been a good fit for us.  I believe that we get a timely response by email or phone every time.  We are extremely comfortable with you and appreciate that in continuing to develop a relationship with you that you have been able to provide a high level of personalization with our financial investment strategy and planning.  I will also point out that you have brought things to our attention in our financial planning that we had not considered.  I’m specifically noting that suggesting the DAF contribution in 2025 (which really my accountant should have brought to our attention and did not!) has been a very impactful decision for us.
