Are you a fiduciary?
Yes.
How does the consultation work?
You can schedule a free 30-minute consultation with me. We will discuss your financial goals and create a personalized plan for you.
What if I don't have any financial experience?
No problem! I will guide you through the process and explain everything in simple terms.
Is there a cost for the consultation?
No, the initial consultation is complimentary. I use it to understand your situation and explain how my services work. After that, you can decide whether you’d like to move forward.
What is your fee model?
I offer two primary fee structures designed to align with your specific financial goals and the level of support you require:
- Assets Under Management (AUM)
This model is designed for clients seeking an ongoing, collaborative partnership. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the assets managed, utilizing a tiered “sliding scale”—meaning the percentage decreases for higher account balances.
- What’s Included: This fee covers both professional investment management and comprehensive, ongoing financial planning.
- Minimums: We typically require a minimum of $250,000 in investable assets; however, I may make exceptions for clients who are actively in a high-growth phase of their wealth-building journey.
- Project-Based Consulting/Transaction planning
This model is ideal for clients who need professional guidance on specific issues rather than a long-term management relationship.
- Scope: This is perfect for “one-off” needs, such as a standalone retirement plan or a specific analysis (e.g., determining the viability and scale of a Roth conversion).
- Timeline & Pricing: These engagements typically last between 3 months to 1 year. Fees are determined by the complexity of the project and the depth of the analysis required.
Note: Regardless of the model you choose, my goal is to provide transparent pricing that reflects the value and complexity of your unique financial situation.
How do I schedule my consultation?
You can use the Schedule Appointment at the top of the page to choose a date and time that works for you. Our team will follow up with confirmation.
What will we talk about during the first meeting?
The first call is a relaxed conversation to learn about your goals, concerns, and financial situation. I’ll also explain how I work with clients and what it’s like to partner together. There’s no obligation—just an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.
Do I need to bring or prepare anything?
You don’t need to prepare much. If you’d like, you can have recent account statements or a list of questions ready, but our discussion will stay high-level. The goal is to help you decide whether a deeper planning session makes sense.
How long does the meeting last?
The discovery call typically lasts about 30 minutes. That’s enough time for me to understand your goals and for you to get a sense of how I can help.
Will you try to sell me something?
Absolutely not. This meeting is educational and focused on you. My goal is to help you decide whether financial planning with me is the right fit—not to pressure you into anything.
What happens after the first call?
If we both feel there’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a deeper planning session where we review your financial picture in more detail. If not, I’ll still point you toward helpful resources.
Can we meet virtually?
Yes! Many of my clients prefer video or phone meetings. You’ll receive a secure meeting link and any materials we’ll review in advance.
Who will I be speaking with?
You’ll speak directly with me. I handle all introductory calls personally because it’s important to start our relationship with a clear understanding of your goals.
Will you look at my current investments or accounts?
Not during the first call. Once we decide to move forward, I’ll gather that information to build your plan. For now, we’ll focus on understanding your goals and answering your big-picture questions.
